Ed is currently responsible for business development at TIPWM. During that period, Edward received the API Performance Achievement Award, and the COMSTAT Performance Achievement Award for specialty mandates under his direct management.
Edward’s responsibilities and proficiencies were along the entire yield curve, across the asset class spectrum, and different global markets. Other key responsibilities at the time was in portfolio management and client relationship with institutional pension, and endowment funds. His career had span from the most conservative immunization of insurance portfolios to managing leveraged hedge funds with multiple strategies for clients who desire unconstrained mandates.

Markets are dynamic, and Edward’s investment philosophy was never static; at the time, his approach would be considered to be in the forefront, never taking on undue risk.
Throughout his 25-year career beginning with Altamira Management Ltd., Edward was comfortable in exploiting all the necessary tools (such as, derivatives, hedging strategies and private investments) to achieve the goal of capital preservation and a consistent and predictable income stream. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Toronto.
